Spend half the day shopping around vivo city and decided to grab a bite bite b4 movie starts. All restaurants and cafes seems to have long Q, thus we decided to join the one with shortest Q. Nothing fantastic as the pork is lean and tasteless. The spicy bean paste doesn't have a fragrance smell where by right all chinese food seasoning should have. Stir fry kidney and pork liver in huao diao wine. Cai po fried rice~ my fav among all.
Love the combination of qq rice grains with the non too salty cai po. The Holland peas add some freshness and crunch to the dish while the garlic enhanced the overall smell of the dish. Topped with a sunny side up, simple and nice.Thumb's up! Mei cai kou rou
Not so much of the traditional taste of mei cai kou rou. i dunno what words to describe the dish. It is salty but seems like adding to much salt/msg to it yet the salted veggie dun taste like it was supposed to be. Pork belly are not flavorful enough. A delighting dish where every mouthful is full of prawns fillings, yet too expensive for a small piece like this. A tiny piece cost $5.00.....
Overall we spent about $100 bucks for these few dishes! Over priced for this kinda food standard!
