I was looking for some snacks for tea time and settled for eat at taipei. I got the popiah, which costs about $4; it's basically wrapped with raw vegetables, and I especially disliked the slices of leek added into it. The popiah is rather tasteless and I wouldn't recommend it. I loved the dessert though - the grass jelly with milk and taro balls ($3.50). The grass jelly was silky and smooth, and the dessert wasn't too sweet.
