I have eaten at this food court a couple of times before and this is one of my favourite stalls over here! Today we decided to takeaway as we had a relatively late tea-break and wasn't really hungry yet. I prefer the grilled chicken over fried and would usually order the Ayam Panggang or Ayam Bakar from this kind of Indonesia food stalls. The rice they serve is the normal white rice which is actually the authentic version as I read from somewhere. The Ayam Penyet was crispy but the flesh of both Ayam Bakar and Penyet was dry. Perhaps we takeaway and ate it only after sometime and hence the chicken became dry. If you eat there, they will serve a bowl of soup as well!
