Rather famous after Mediacorp TV variety show, Jurong Fong Yuen was always in lengthy lining up. Few choices available on the board, I was attracted by its signature Bar Chor Mee. Service was quick and easy, cooking skill was experienced and with right amount of every ingredients added. Talking about their dish, I opted for Kway Teow in soup by the way. Transparent and thinly noodles remained springy and not over-cooked. Two pork balls and fish balls were added, the portion was substantial with hearty soup. Right texture of meat, saltiness was okay for my liking. Not expensive at $3.00, the most important thing that the taste was not bad which worth the queue.
