Watami at JCube always packed with diners. Even on weekdays, one might need to queue for a little while before seated. On our first visit, we ordered Mentai cheese tamago yaki ($6.8) as an appetizer. The omelette roll which stuffed with cheese and cod roe has a very nice texture, very eggy taste with a hint of fishiness. Watami tonkotsu ramen ($13.8) is served in special pork broth, very flavourful but slightly too salty I reckon. The marinated pork slices are tasty though! The Nagasaki ramen ($
