Went TCC at Clarke Quay with my cousin for a drink after having a long walk there. We chose outdoor seating so that we can smoke there. They have a great scenery at night. The services was AWESOME even though we couldn't stay for quite long, as the table was reserved at 9pm. I ordered Chocolate of Wealth for myself & Mint-choc Frappé for my cousin. I'm quite a big fan of CHOCOLATE! Chocolate of Wealth came with whipped cream on top and some chocolate chips! Mmmm! Yummy! Both drinks costed us aro
