The Fish porridge was light and a lot of soup, a bit of seaweed and spring onions. The sauce for the porridge is really good! The fish slices are thick enough.
This is a Platter of braised duck, pig intestines and pork meat. The duck was thinly sliced, not oily full of flavors. The pig intestines were nicely braised with no weird taste. The pork meat was fatty enough and succulent.LOVE IT!
