Was surprised ; there are not much review on this Teochew charcoal steamboat restaurant . Decided to try last night - 27/7/2014.Overall soup based is good n we ordered grouper for 2 pax along with 3 other dishes. Soup is rich but grouper meat are minimal. However it compliment by the amount vegetables & yam. We has prawn fritters; prawn paste chicken wings and potato leaves in sambal sauces. The prawn fritters are made with good yam & prawn paste. The chicken wings are however lost it's crispne

The chicken wings are however lost it's crispness after left cool which can be improved.
The potato leaves dish are ordered in medium size -10 dollars and has that crunchiness which indicate the vegetables are fresh
Top up with pot of good chrysanthemum tea .

Worth going back if you are in kovan area
