The chicken is actually very hot and fresh as it is made when you order it, that is what made the queue so long but I think it is okay to wait as we want to eat something fresh. The Chicken is actually soft yet it is not soggy, the skin is a little crispy and once we bite it, there will be some steam come out. If you ask me to compare it to KFC, I think it tastes better than KFC but it is just that they do not have much to choose from. The mashed potato I don't really recommend you because they have the worst mashed potato ever, the sauce have some kind of weird taste, I do not know if anyone tastes it, but my family and i tasted it. Anyway, I think you should really try their meat, you won't regret!
