Pineapple fried rice with cashew nuts: the rice was rather fragrant with fresh pineapple cubes in it. However, this did not seem to be worth the price. The phad thai on the other hand, fared much better. The phad thai kway tiao had a sticky like texture and was moist and had a sweet taste to it. The prawns did not taste like fresh ones however. I loved that the crunchy beansprouts added texture to the dish and the finely grounded nuts also complemented the phad thai's taste.
