I have never been to ThaiExpress and I thought I should try the Thai food there because it is one of the common Thai restaurants in Singapore.

Once I got in, I flipped to the noodles section of the menu. My eyes were searching for the word "Pad Thai" There were a few different type of Pad Thai such as Beef Pad Thai and Seafood Pad Thai.
I chose seafood pad thai which cost $10.90. We ordered a side dish - Soft shell crab which cost $8.90.

The soft shell crab was delicious, the meat was soft and juicy and it wasn't greasy. A sweet and sour sauce came with it too, when eaten with it, it tasted even better. Sweet, sour and crunchy

Seafood Pad Thai was a disappointment, it was quite bland and my friend had the same sentiment. It didn't have enough flavours and the chili flakes didn't bring in the kick of spiciness. Although the portion was feeling but I have eaten better pad thai at a cheaper price with the same portion.

Given that it was my first time at ThaiExpress and the pad thai was disappointing, I may consider this my last time dining at ThaiExpress again.
