Ordering can be done through the staff or computer. Similar to their physical menu, the computer displays pictures of their food, but without the descriptions.

A must-order when I visit Sakae Sushi - Organic Green Tea! You get a green tea sachet, put it into the cup and fill it with hot water from the tap at your seat. Thus, green tea is automatically refillable. Green tea is good especially if you're downing countless sushi at their buffet!

Decided to go salmon today, so ordered the Salmon Belly Miso Kaminabe, a paper hotpot with salmon slices, tofu and mushroom. I find the soup a bit salty but love the smoothness of the food items in it!

And also the Salmon Mango Temaki! Smooth mango and salmon slices wrapped in crunchy seaweed with crisp lettuce and onion - sweet and melts in my mouth!

To end off the meal, 2 pieces of Fried Maki fried to perfection! Tasty on the outside, and sweet on the inside!
