So on Monday night I've visited a place called The Marmalade Pantry that's pretty divine; serving really great food. It has adopted a modern open dining concept at Ion Orchard level 3 alongside many delicious looking dishes on their brilliant one-page menu. My friend has ordered the Crabmeat Linguine ($24) which comes with pinenuts, tomatoes and chili. It was a really distinctive taste because you can tastw savory, spicy and sweet in a mouthful, it's really good.
As for me, I've ordered the Classic Snapper Pie ($26) with fennel and mash. The pie was served hot, the fish was fresh and the top crust was golden, crispy and thin to my liking too.
You know when a restaurant is good when food you ordered with your companion were served hot together at the same time. Overall this is good place to go anytime you want to get good things to eat. Although the price may be on the higher side, the portion and taste that comes with it could easily change your mindset. Definitely worth many more visits!
