This is no doubt the nicest and most authentic Takoyaki in town. First time eating from this brand was in Taiwan. I was rather excited when Tsukiji Gindaco came to Singapore. Their Takoyaki got a nicely crisp golden brown outer layer with moist filling made up of octopus, tenkasu, pickled ginger and green onion. And, each ball is beautifully coated with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise then sprinkled with Katsuobushi flakes. The okonomiyaki sauce is of the right amount, not overpowering and bon

And, each ball is beautifully coated with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise then sprinkled with Katsuobushi flakes. The okonomiyaki sauce is of the right amount, not overpowering and bonito flakes were fairly generous.
If you have yet to try it then you should do it. And, trust me after eating theirs, you would not want any others from its competitors.
