We headed to TBB for lunch but we ordered only 4 items, probably because we were still full from our breakfast. Having been to the outlet at Tiong Bahru, this outlet feels different, the number of seats is probably more than the TB one and also seems to have more pastries as well.We ordered the Pesto bun ($8.5, salmon squid ink bun), Mozza and Ham Focacaia ($8), Fruit tart ($8.5) and chocolate mediant ($6.50). I still prefer the apple crumble I had the other time!! I didn’t know what to order so
We ordered the Pesto bun ($8.5, salmon squid ink bun), Mozza and Ham Focacaia ($8), Fruit tart ($8.5) and chocolate mediant ($6.50). I still prefer the apple crumble I had the other time!! I didn’t know what to order so the the staff recommended me a pizza like bread but it tasted pretty normal though, except that it’s quite big and the rocket leaves were nice! The fruit tart was very refreshing from the 3 other pastries that were more strong in their flavours. The chocolate mediant was really really chocolatey (very good for chocolate lovers). One of my friend picked the salmon squid ink bun, I guess it’s because of the salmon and she really likes salmon alot! I would say that one isn’t too bad, even for a non-salmon lover like me. But the bun was dyed with squid ink tasted abit hard and dry? Not like the burger kind of soft.
