Happened to be around Tiong Bahru area and decided to check out what's the hype about. Given such a traditional name "Tiong Bahru Bakery", I was astounded when i stepped into the bakery as I swing the flipping doors opened. It was a artisan bakery, as noisy as a market place and fully packed with people enjoying their breakfast on a Christmas morning. I never thought that croissant with layers well defined in such ways.
