It was known as Hand-pulled noodles sometimes, different thickness and different shape. Cooked bowl by bowl per serving at a time, pieces were definitely tasted well. I am the big fan for this humble hearty dish, nothing luxury inside but warmth. The portion was huge enough and filling, the price was $4.00.
