I had an early dinner ordering my favourite stir fried rice cakes.I doubt the use of carrots in the making of these at all cause i couldn't taste carrots in it.nonetheless. in all its egg and crowning glories. the rice cakes used are moist and soft, held together by beaten eggs fried to a crisp on the sides with chilli on the side. I would recommend this dish more for sharing and not a one person dish.
