Below, is Kakiage udon- udon soup served with fried vegetables. The udon served here has a silky, smooth texture that is slurp-worthy especially for the soup based udon. The udon isn’t too overcooked, so it’s not too soft but retains a little firmness. Generally, the udon soup is okay okay, not very fantastic but decent.
