I got some Tung Lok vouchers which were expiring soon so have to head down and use it. I decided to spend it at Tung Lok Signatures @ The Central. The staff are very friendly, helpful and patient even though I hesitated for quite some time when deciding on what to order. Braised Bee Hoon: The springy bee hoon soaked up the flavourful and tasty broth cooked with conpoy, egg white and ham. It is simple and nice!
Sweet & Sour Prawns: Fried prawns coated with tangy sweet sauces, very appetizing!
Mango Roll: Fresh mango wrapped in thin chewy glutinous rice sheet cover with shredded coconut.
