This dish was always served as a delightful breakfast for me, a very common local meal. I decided to stick to my original version, opted for Fried Meehoon with Fried Chicken with Seaweed, Lunchie Meat and Wholly-fried Egg. Certainly hearty and satisfying, Meehoon was springy with just right portion. Sambal was nicely-blended, sweetly spicy to score extra marks for my Meehoon. Price at $2.50, it was a decent way to have my fuss-free and economy breakfast.
