i went to smokeless palace for dinner with my girlfriend. the steamboat and grill pot they used is the same one where the soup is at the bottom and the grill part is slightly elevated up. One thing bad about this is some of the oily flows down into our soup, making it slightly oily. However the soup did taste quite good, very flavourful and tasty. One thing bad about this is some of the oily flows down into our soup, making it slightly oily. However the soup did taste quite good, very flavourful and tasty. The seafood is fresh especially the mussels. The seafood did add some sweetness to the soup. The meat is so so, there is chicken, beef and pork. The chicken is marinated with curry powder, making it very fragrant after being grilled. There is a variety of yong tau foo ingredients for the soup, these ingredients taste not too bad with the soup. As a whole I am quite satisfied as the price is reasonable too.
