Sakae is a well known, established brand in Singapore known for its japanese food. It has been a long time since I last came here, and i was not surprised to see a few changes in the menu. I tried one of the more unique dish on the menu, Teriyaki Chicken Sumi Udon with Soya Milk Soup. The noodle reminds me of, the grass jelly with soya milk. Black and white.
