A lot of Thai restaurants for those who looking for hotly spicy dishes, Lerk Thai was one of them and situated in the middle of Orchard where sandwiched by shops on both sides. Décor was rather simple yet elegant, slightly looked alike as an upmarket café. Environment was comfy relaxing, there was no queue upon our arrival and restaurant was a silent scene. Staff served us gentle politely, she is friendly and efficient.Rice vermicelli was cooked perfectly, characteristic was springy chewy. Well

Rice vermicelli was cooked perfectly, characteristic was springy chewy. Well absorbed with tangy gravy, noodles were tossed into the wok during the frying. Little spicy, shrimps and other ingredients were freshly delicious. Side dish would be Deep-fried Pandan Leaf Chicken, popular must-try cuisine in Bangkok. Leaves were used to keep the juiciness and fragrant of tender chicken, everything was nicely wrapped inside the parcel. Well, another signature food was Tom Yum soup. Clear fiery soup came along with assorted Seafood, absolutely tempting. Overall was a pleasant trip, price was reasonable too.
