We have been to Namaste India a couple of times before & visited again since we love the veg food at Namaste India. We went there pretty late in the evening at around 10:30PM, hence very few people were dining there. I ordered for a fresh lime soda (sweet & Salty). It was quite refreshing ,perfect to beat the heat in Singapore. Then I ordered for pani poori,which is a famous Indian snack. Hard wafer like bread,is filling with potato,chick peas,spices & tamrind water. It's so addictive that I couldn't stop eating it,that I ended up ordering for 2 rounds. Its a hot & sweet dish. Finally I ordered for Vanilla ice cream with a Gulab jamun. Gulab Jamun is a deep fried flour ball,soaked in sugar syrup. The combination of vanilla ice cream & Gulab Jamun was simply awesome. The food at Namaste India,though Veg is really tasty & I would recommend this restaurant in case you would like to try out some Indian veg food. I loved the light veg meal that night.
