I have recently began to appreciate wholesome soups and Soup Spoon is one of my favourite places to go to for soups since it is quite convenient to get to their outlets. The mushroom soup, or Velvety Mushroom Stroganoff, is one of the best mushroom soups that I have ever had. Unlike those watered down versions, this is full of mushrooms and the soup has depth in terms of its taste with so many different mushrooms used in the making of this soup. There are also bits and pieces of mushrooms within the soup which is very juicy and provides more textures to the soup. Mushroom lovers will definitely take to this soup like I did.
