my friend took the chilli beef noodles (红油牛肉面) from another stall 好满意小笼包. he was exclaiming that the beef was so very tender, the best he had taken from a hawker stall!
we decided to order a S$4 xiaolongbao (小笼包). 6 dumplings, <1/2 the price of restaurants & it was good, very much restaurant standard, comparable even with crystal jade lamian xiaolongbao. i did not try the spicy dumpling (红油抄手), but i will go back & try soon.
