I probably only had a proper meal at TCC once before, a very long time ago because I never had the impression that TCC was a place to have a full meal at. I usually go there for their drinks and desserts only. It was during lunch with a few colleagues and I ordered the Wafu Beef Spaghetti ($20.50). I was expecting something less soupy and more creamy but it came up rather much like ramen, just that they used spaghetti instead of noodles. I also ordered the Azuki Freeze which is a blend of Japanese red beans and soymilk. Surprisingly, it wasn't that sweet and was quite refreshing. Overall, my verdict of this restaurant is that it's still more of a place to chill and have some drinks or desserts with your friends.
