Had the green tea cake and was disapponted that it was not as soft as the version my friends bought from Japan,in fact it tasted dry and sweet to me.Maybe it is the process in making the cake as i could see hugh rolls are being exposed to air when i went to this outlet for the first time just like they are trying to dry the rolls of cake!
