This is my first review for my favorite food, Kway Chap! After watching 'where the queue starts 4' episode 2, I decided to go and try! I reach the food centre at about 7.30am on a Sunday! There's a few customer q-ing for the kway chap. We didnt wait long for the food to be served, probably about 10mins. The 'kway' is nice, very smooth. But the intestines is dry, overcooked and not soft/tender like the usual. The meat is not sliced evenly and it's thick! The taste of the intestines is a disappoin

Overall, I will not Q for the Kway Chap and will not travel there to eat.
