We visit Melben Seafood occasionally especially when we are craving for crab. Usually we will order chilli crab, egg yolk crab, or the crab bee hoon that this place is famous for. However, when we visited the restaurant the other day, the staff highly recommended us to try their new flavour, the White Pepper crab. It was the first time I tried this flavour, it's not as peppery as black pepper crab, but it's more on a creamy side. The gravy itself is so tasty to go with white rice. Yummy!
