Will not go again even is cheap

Happened to purchase a discounted voucher online and by chance we went to Smokeless Palace to discover its "smokeless" charcoal stemboat dinner. We went there happily with a hungry stomached and expect for a big feast but angry to say that we were welcomed with bad attitude and poor services there. The restaurant owner and his two young girls deosn't seem to care about their customers and always ignoring us or make us wait for our order. They rather stand at the door side to catch some fresh air

We went there happily with a hungry stomached and expect for a big feast but angry to say that we were welcomed with bad attitude and poor services there. The restaurant owner and his two young girls deosn't seem to care about their customers and always ignoring us or make us wait for our order. They rather stand at the door side to catch some fresh air then spending some time to check out their customers needs. The restaurant was not crowded even at peak hour 6-8pm, many empty table that signal me that the food might not be as good as mention in the website and of course the bad service. The choice of food is limited, not as great as what we saw from the website. As we dine in with voucher what we had given was already fixed. We were offered a plate of curry chicken, one plate of mixed vegetable, a small portion of selected seafood with only two clam and four prawns, if you are a medium or big eater the portion given might not be enough. Side dish was expensive ranging from $9-$26. The steamboat take years to cook and the soup was not hot after long cooking. Although i bought the voucher @ 50% off but I still don't find the whole dinner are value for money. My friend and I will not come again even if the price is cheap.
