Celebrated Winter Solstice at Zhou's kitchen yesterday with hubby. This should be cheaper than the usual Tunglok Signatures and Classic....The crisp fried silver bait with salted pepper is quite nice being not too oily and very crispy. Also it's not as saltish as other restaurant.Next we ordered the wok fried french beans with minced pork. A bit spicy and oily for this dish though...Not as good as i expected.Because hubby got diarrhea before this, so decided to go for soupy dish. This is garoupa

Because hubby got diarrhea before this, so decided to go for soupy dish. This is garoupa fish fillet served in squash soup with "wan yee" and "seng gua". Fish fillet was fresh. But i actually didn't quite like the soup base.
