We visited Modesto's Restaurant at VivoCity. We heard about the traditional Italian Wood-fired pizza and decided to give it a try. We ordered a regular Quattro Stagioni which has 4 main ingredients served in quarters and not mixed. It cost $26.50.The ingredients are tomato, cheese, mixed seafood, cookedpork ham, mushroom and black olives. The aroma is saliva-inducing.Before the pizza arrived,we had crusty bread to be dipped with fresh garlic, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil.The dip is not greasy nor oily

We ordered a regular Quattro Stagioni which has 4 main ingredients served in quarters and not mixed. It cost $26.50.The ingredients are tomato, cheese, mixed seafood, cookedpork ham, mushroom and black olives. The aroma is saliva-inducing.Before the pizza arrived,we had crusty bread to be dipped with fresh garlic, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil.The dip is not greasy nor oily at all.The service is good and you can sit outside looking at passengers alighting from the ferry or inside the restaurant in cool comfort. It has been a "tasty" experience.
