Decided to try out one of the newer but not so new cafe anymore since there are so many more popping up almost any other days. Went to Miss Molly to try out their set lunch since it has been looking good on their facebook page. Decorated with a distinct bicycle hanging on wall. Furnished with wooden furniture and different signage boards on the rustic greyish walls. Not extensive but definitely sufficient food choices from the respective salads, mains, pasta, all day breakfast, sandwiches, pizza

Not extensive but definitely sufficient food choices from the respective salads, mains, pasta, all day breakfast, sandwiches, pizza and drinks sections. Not forgetting, they have their set lunches too! They change their set lunch menu from time to time.
Their set lunch ($12.80 – $15.80) consists of the typical – Soup of the day, Iced Lemon Tea and the respective mains. My first trip there, i ordered their lunch set and chose the Baked Chicken with Mozzarella & Mushrooms.
Soup of the Day – Mushroom Soup: Well-blended mushroom soup topped with croutons. Not too rich but definitely not those typical diluted campbell soup.
Iced Lemon Tea: Aromatic and well-brewed. A lil to the sourish side though but at least it’s not like iced tea with slices of lemon where some of the dining places are serving those kind now. It’s still decent!
Baked Chicken with Mozzarella & Mushrooms: Chicken thigh baked with mozzarella and mushrooms and served with fries and side salad. The thigh is tender, juicy and flavourful with the sauce, mozzarella and mushrooms. Salad refreshes your taste buds after the heavy mains. Generous serving piece of thigh, fries and salad!
I went back there the second time for my farewell lunch. This time round i ordered from their ala carte menu – Laksa Pasta with Prawns ($13.80). One of their Must Try dishes, so i decided to try and see if it’s really must try.
Laksa Pasta with Prawns: Linguine tossed with own home-made laksa pasta in rich coconut milk with prawns. I would say its a very special dish with unique taste. Its has the creamy laksa taste. But the mouthfeel and texture of the laksa sauce is not that of a typical laksa with coconut milk but has the feel of eating the vegetable lady fingers. Very special. Prawns are fresh and crunchy and pasta are al dente, cooked just nice. I would say this dish did not disappoint me and glad that i’ve tried!
