After doing groceries in FairPrice Xtra at Nex, I decided to buy some snacks for my boyfriend's family.I suggested to buy some chicken fillet (雞排) from the Taiwan Street Snacks at floor B1, which is near the Serangoon MRT exit, but my boyfriend was said that Shih Lin's chicken fillets are better.Shih Lin's stall is just outside FairPrice Xtra, and there were many people queueing for chicken fillets.I decided to give it a try The customer service of the stall was very well organized. The queue cle

Shih Lin's stall is just outside FairPrice Xtra, and there were many people queueing for chicken fillets.
The customer service of the stall was very well organized.
The queue cleared very fast (I only waited for approximately 10 minutes),
and the workers were very efficient and polite.
There was a queue for taking orders behind, and there was also a queue to collect your food in front.
Therefore, the snacks from there are all served hot and fresh!!
The XXL Crispy Chicken costs me $3.80 while the Sweet Plum Potato Fries costs me $2.80.
the man was asking me whether I wanted to add chilli powder or not.
I told him no because I wanted the original taste of the fillet.
I shall try the fillet with chilli powder the next time, though!!
It was still crispy and warm eventhough we ate it about an hour later!
*claps*
Really delicious and it wasn't that oily. Great snack!
This packet of snack can actually serve about 2-3 persons.
Very filling and yummy!!
The outer breaded crust was crispy, while the inner fillet was tender!
HONESTLY THIS IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE CHICKEN FILLET!!
This snack is extremely special!!! I have never eaten this before!!
The fries have a little bit of sour (plum) and sweet taste, very great feeling!
When I took a bite on the fries, I felt the crispiness of the skin
Later on, the plum's sour taste started to stimulate my tongue, followed by the sweetness of the sweet potatoes!!
Despite the crusty skin, the inner parts were all soft.
Best served hot. I could never get enough of them!!!
I will be back for more fantastic Taiwanese Street Snacks
