My girlfriend and I have craving for BBQ Chicken hence thus we decided to make our way to the newly open BBQ Chicken @ Greenwich V Mall to take a look as well as experience the ambience there,

However, to my shocking was, I was not being seated by anyone but myself. Having seated at the rear table that is located both under the LG TV set as well as next to the bar, with 4 menus that are not properly ring up.

The menus was not consistent despite having the same exterior design. Flyers are missing for some of the menus or pages or missing. Long waiting time before service staff could take our order was unbearable, which also followed up with a delayed in serving of food of at least 15-20.

Soup was only served about 10 minutes later after ordering; but however was not through proper protocol. On the other hand, was being passed to us through the bar, having us to use our hand to carry from the raising platform to our table. If only the service staffs make the effort to tour one round and serve to us on our table will then enhance our overall dining experience.

Besides poor service standard and tangible products, the food quality are comparable with other franshising outlets. The dishes I had ordered uses chicken as the main ingredient. Chicken was not over grilled and sauce are of the right taste.

Thus worth visiting for the ambience as it provides a soothing, calm mood for dining with the exception of loud background music if possible.

In conclusion, there are still plenty of rooms for improvement. Looking forward for improvement in my next visit.
