Takara Grilled Seafood at Newton Hawker Centre offers a rather large variety of grilled seafood, albeit not exceptionally extensive compared to the many other grilled seafood stalls. We tried the grilled BBQ stingray. The BBQ sambal sauce was generous and was quite tasty especially with rice and without being overly spicy. The fish itself was fresh and well grilled, which meant it was just the right texture and chewiness.
