Once again with my family, we went to 'The Central' at Clarke Quay. We shopped around and planned to find a situable restaurant to eat. As we went up to Level 4, my mother saw the ' Aunty Lucy' Statue. We saw the advertisement in the televsion and thus made our way to have this steamboat

Their style of having the steamboat food was the similar to Sakae Sushi Buffet. Their food was place on the conveyor belt and I find it abit unhygiene. Some of the vegetables end was seen out of the plate, and I assumed it must have been touching the surface for the conveyor belt quite some time. We were allowed to choose up to 4 soups on the steamboat. We chose three types of soup based, their soup was quite tasty
Overall, the food tasted normal and choices were limited as well.
The service was bad as they do not have enough waitress/waiter to serve us. I saw some of them were talking to each other happily at one corner and they dont really seem like working at all :C The only thing that I like was their restaurant as it was scruptulously clean.
