The dumpling skin is very thin and smooth which you must really slowly have your first bite of it as is steaming hot and there will be this juicy sweet gravy popping out from this dumpling before you continue to eat the juicy minced meat in it. May look really small and not fullfilling, but is the quality of this dish that make it so popular. Eat with some of the thinly sliced ginger and
