Was really glad that my good friend managed to book a table on that afternoon so that we can go there to have our all-time favourite Xiao long bao. The dumpling's skin is very thin and smooth, really almost can melt in your mouth when I eat it. The juicy minced pork meat inside never failed to impress me as is very sweet and chewy. Thanks to the service staffs who have served to us generous amount of preserved ginger slices which is the best condiment to go along with this yummy dim sum. We did not even order any drinks and requested for plain hot water to go along with it, which also does not affect the enjoyment when tasting these Chinese dumplings. At $5.20 per tray of four pieces, this yummy dim sum is really affordable!
