This was my first time dining at Paradise Dynasty! I decided to order the signature xiao long bao, which comes in 8 different colours and flavours! I decided to order the signature xiao long bao, which comes in 8 different colours and flavours!
The distinct flavours are: Original, ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, garlic and sze chuan.
For these 8 xiao long bao, the skin is delicate and soft, filled with a generous amount of pork filling and not forgetting the fragrant broth In the xiao long bao. I love the original and crab roe the most. The crab roe has a unique taste to it.
For some flavours such as the cheese and black truffle, there wasnt much of a distinct taste to it, instead it tasted quite original, except for the colour.
Overall, this dish is great and thumbs up for the creativity in the Colourful xiao long baos!
