First time dining at this new "Ding Tai Fung" at Nex serangoon and quite diappointed with their xiao long bao. I find their taste okay only, not as nice as other outlets. Maybe the chef is new and just employed to this new outlet. This is the only time that I'm not enjoying my xiao long bao. Just they can't bring out the taste and meat of the tang bao at this restaurant. Maybe I shall give it a miss and stick back to my usual outlets. If you bring kids, they have utensils specially cater for the kids. Maybe they are worried kids might broke their ceramic utensils and cut themselves.
