Each Xiao Long Bao has a minimum of 18 folds. This layer of thin dumpling skin can hold a juicy pop of minced meat and frozen soup. Eat with caution. Bite off the top before carefully sipping on the delicious soup mess then putting on some sliced ginger and a touch of vinegar. Ahhh. Eat it all in a mouthful before you drip any of the soup!
