Each Xiao Long Bao has a minimum of 18 folds. This layer of thin dumpling skin can hold a juicy pop of minced meat and frozen soup. Eat with caution. And to be honest, even though it's nice, I would prefer the one at The Eastern just because it's equally delicious and a lot less hard on your wallet.Between the two of us, we also had a side of veggies.
