Never knew that Taste Paradise and Paradise Dynasty belonged to the same paradise group. Saw this queue of crowd outside the restaurant and not at Taste Paradise, decided to head on to the one with queues.

Took some time to be seated. Along the tables, saw that most tables ordered their xiao long bao. Decided to go for a try but the tough choice came when I had to choose the flavours.

Decided to go for nothing that exotic but yet tolerable; the black truffle.
The presentation was acceptable but nothing to leave me WOAH.
The texture of the skin was quite full of flour but it did not take effort to accidentally break open the xiao long bao. Took a couple of tries before I could hold 1 without breaking it open

The taste of the black truffle is not mind blowing but definitely leaves an impression. Wet indeed, the soup tastes great along with the fungus. Very tender fillings and the after taste lingers for a moment.
The chilli paste is a little too oily, but yet again, without the oil, the chilli would not look that appetizing. Not too spicy, the chilli oil helps to moisture the dry chilli that goes extremely well with the xiao long bao.
This dish is jin hor jiak! Must try! Nom Nom Nom
