My first time at Prime Society and already captivated by the spacious settings. We were shown to our table which was the chef's table, looking at the chefs in the open kitchen dishing up the steaks and etc. A staff was very helpful all through on which cut of the meat should we have after hearing from us our preferences. They have cuts from rib eye, hanging tender, t-bone steak and tenderloin and I ended up ordering a hanging tender. Most of them were within the 200gm to 250gm of weight per steak

Most of them were within the 200gm to 250gm of weight per steak except the t-bone which will be 500gm.
We had 2 starters, the waygu bread(nothing fantastic, they grilled in waygu fats probably) and the asparagus with poached egg. Then came my steak which was good, grilled to perfection and lightly salted, the mashed potato was creamy and with rosemary. Didn't take me long to consume them. I tried my friend's tenderloin and still think mine was better, probably due to the thickness of the tenderloin that resulted a slightly overdone.
Had the coconut penacota for dessert and very refreshing indeed. Apart from the coconut, there were cube mango and lychee. Good choice to end the meal with. For sure I will visit again.
