Yong's Teochew Kueh has gained a name for serving great soon kuehs and peng kuehs, and this roadside stall is usually packed with people eating in or taking away in the mornings. We visited during evening time when it was definitely less crowded. The glutinous rice kueh ($1) is not too bad- the glutinous rice filling was rather fragrant and had lots of shrimps in it, just too bad it was a tad cold when served out to us. I also felt the kueh's skin was too dense and not chewy enough for my liking
