Jumbo seafood is where alot of people take their visitors to when they want to have a good seafood meal. As a result it was almost impossible to get a table at the east coast park outlet on a weekend night. The stuffed you tiao is one of the best dishes we had that night. The crisp you tiao was fried to perfection being really crunchy. The sesame seeds also added extra flavour. This was served with a Rojak like sauce instead of the usual mayonnaise which was very delicious and a welcomed change
