Had a BBQ outing at East Coast Park 2 weeks ago, as this is my first time hosting a BBQ event (yes, do not be amazed, tho I've been to numerous barbecue event, this is my first time hosting, lucky me right?) I tried out BBQ Wholesale Centre as recommend by my buds. Boy am I amazed! They have everything on their website, and is Halal, so convenient for my malay friends. I choose their more expensive delivery, because I'm lazy, and they deliver right up to my BBQ pits at East Coast! I never knew planning a bbq event is so simple. They have these styrofoam box thing that i find quite useful, driver say I can use that as ice box to store cold drinks or hold the raw food and only bring it out when I need it. Price is reasonable, comparable to me going to NTUC and bringing it back home to marinate and lugging back to BBQ pit. Oh lastly, if u are a fan of spicy food, do try the sambal sotong and stringray. (food were gone too fast, that I did not manage to take much picture)
