I went to the outlet located in Central and had a tough time finding it. It’s located in the exterior walls of Central and facing Clarke Quay diagonally. It’s a small shop but one can smell the freshly baked bread from far. Follow your sense of smell rather than eye to locate this small gem. The bread is soft to a perfect texture and not squishy. The cheese in the centre of bread tasted soft, almost like Philidiea Cheese and the raisins added to a mild, sweet taste to the finishing touch. It still tasted best to be ‘sweet’ in the end.It’s at a reasonable price of $1.30 each and regular customers usually purchase min. 5 in one buy. It also seems that this is their no.1 selling bread – perhaps, I should try their cakes and other breads next time ~
